We are pleased to confirm in line with current government guidelines, the re-opening of our salon will commence on Saturday 4th July, we will do so with a host of new safeguards in place for our clients and team.
Guided by our own values and the latest guidance from the UK Government and Public-Health England (PHE) we want to create an environment that is both safe and welcoming for our team and clients alike so we would like to share with you some of the ways we will do this.
The Reception area will be limited to one client at a time. Please arrive on time for your appointment and ensure you're not early or late. If you are running late please call the salon. By the same token, we may be running a little late on occasion, so please bear with us if the Salon asks you to come in 10 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time, as we cannot have congestion in the salon.
On arrival clients temperatures will be taken with a contact free temperature gun as you enter the salon, if anyone shows any sign of fever (38°or above), they will be asked to leave and not return for 14 days. Hand sanitiser will be available at reception and throughout the salon for your use.
Face masks must be worn at all times during your appointment.
Staff will be wearing a mask and face shield during your appointment.
Disposable towels will be in use throughout your appointment.
In line with current guidelines, there will be no magazines or Refreshments.
Clients are advised to bring as little as possible with them to their appointment.
We will limit and manage capacity in the salons to help support social distancing.
Please attend your appointment alone. (we cannot accommodate children, friends or relatives)
Workstations on a daily basis, will be assigned to one individual, with only alternate chairs being used and you are advised to bring as little as possible with you.
Each station will be cleansed thoroughly between clients – as are hair tools – we are working closely with Barbicide® to ensure your safety.
We shall continue to monitor guidelines from the government, take action and will update you accordingly.
We look forward to welcoming you back to the salon in July.
