Terms and Conditions

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, and we rarely have to re-schedule or cancel appointments without notice. We understand that life is busy and some things are unavoidable but we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Although we would request where possible to give us more, the more notice we have the more chance we have to fill the appointment.

Please note that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed via a text to you 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally we reserve the right to charge an up front booking fee on all of our services which will be deducted from your final bill. Should you then cancel or re-schedule with less than 48 hours notice or not show for the appointment the booking fee Is non refundable.

Shaun Slater Gould Hair has introduced this policy due to the growing amount of last minute cancellations and re-scheduling. The cancellation policy has been introduced for the benefit of all involved, it allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. 

Once you have made an appointment, if you need to cancel outside the 48 hours notice your booking fee will be held on your account for your future booking and is non refundable.
